So Palin quits and you wanna be mad at the Prez.  I'd be willing to bet that there are a lot of Republicans that despise quitters just as much as I do.

I can't speak for ROP but I am sure he has plenty of other reasons to be mad at Obama than Palin quitting, just as I do. Personally I could care less about Palin. She was a circus side-show and she was what I think was a poor decision on McCain's behalf. Without knowing what her intentions are I don't think we can call her a quitter just yet. She may have an extremely valid reason for resigning the position and we just haven't found out yet.  I don't think it really matters as I do not believe she will ever be a contender for the presidency.

I too agree that Obama is a liar. I also believe that Palin had far more experience than Obama. At least she was somewhat acclimated to the structure of a executive  level goverment position. While Alaska has a fairly small population of 700,000, she was still governing and handling the budget, which is very large considering the population. Obamas experience? A community organizer and a partial term Senator. (remember he spent half his time campaigning for the presidency. Of course his lack of experience is really beginning to show now.

I hope you all are getting the change you hoped for.....LMAO

I venture to guess that suggesting Palin was a circus sideshow is not going to endear you to ROP.  LOL

I think the hasty press conference that Palin arranged probably would have been the perfect opportunity to  disclose any valid reason for tendering her resignation.  We shouldn't have to discover the true reason and twiddle our thumbs until her true intentions become apparent.

Not surprised that some people want to redirect the conversation to the Prez and their displeasure with him.  Between that whack job SC governor and his  shenanigans, Franken winning the 60th seat and now Palin, the quitter, the GOP just can't seem to catch a break.  You can LYAO off all you want with your silly insinuations that somehow I'm disappointed with Obama, but I'll just LMAO at your "bitterness," Patriot.

There is not much point in argueing anyway guy, none of us know what Sara Palin has in mind for her future. Let's just wait and see. If she does run for the Presidency those who like her will vote for her and those who don't care for her won't vote for her.
I don't beleive President Obama will just step down that easily either. No matter what he has done or may do that people don't like, he will run an all out campaign and win back some of the voters he may have lost and there will still be that fraction that will vote for him "just because".
At any rate, on the GOP side, there may also be Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney possibly tossing their hat's in the ring.
Just for general information, I'm still in favor of voting for Mickey Mouse.

Be afraid, be very afraid, she is a consertive which the far left does not understand. You can blame her for her family, dump on her daughter who is not getting any of my money. Face it, you far left socilist are afraid of a conversitive that is the reason she stays in the state run media...............why is she even there?

I don't have any problems with the Patriot, we basically think the same. Think I will go watch the movie again.

Baloney.  Palin, herself, notified all the "state run media" in regards to her latest announcement, otherwise I highly doubt many of them would have been just hanging around Wasilla on a long holiday weekend.

I don't doubt for a minute that you would get along with The Bitter Patriot since that is the newest version of Tex.  Good grief, how many screen names does one person need?!

Funny thing is that most of the criticisim over her quitting is coming from the conservatives (BTW ROP, this how you spell the word). Why would anyone be afraid of someone who runs away from a conflict? She obviously couldn't handle the heat in the kitchen.

Interesting stuff.  Hard to tell what's really up.  I went and took a look at an Anchorage paper to see what some of the locals really thought about it and found this blog.

http://www.anchoragepress.com/articles/2009/07/03/news/doc4a4eb1c4591bb926815112.txt

I can actually see where becoming a Fox News personality would be lots of $$$ to pay off all those legal bills of hers.  Anyway, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.  Maybe she found politics to be so distasteful that she really wants out and just stay home with her kids.  I don't necessarily believe that but I guess anything is possible.

The simplistic view of the world that she developed in Alaska never prepared her for the hardball politics that she encountered from the media and political pundits IMO. Obama has grown stronger from the intense criticism during the campaign, and it has made him a tougher president.

True, and I think Hillary threw out some of the tougher criticisms of him to be honest.
