I am looking for information on sewing classes. I work in Rome, but live in Rockmart. If anyone knows of sewing classes that are offered in the area, or know of anyone who might be interested in teaching someone the basics of sewing, I would be greatly interested and appricative.

Thanks!

You can get this information from the ladies at Hancock Fabrics across from Walmart in West Rome. You can probably just call them and they will give you the information or they have a sheet you can pick up in the store. There are classes pretty regular I think.

We are about to start free sewing classes at the Floyd County Baptist Association on Tuesday  mornings.  We hope to get started within the next 2 weeks.

We are having them on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 at the Baptist  Center.  All you need to do is show up at 17 Burnett Ferry Road.
