Well if you can sit down and eat a pound of meat yourself then it will feed 6 to 9 people without anything else. Add on fixin's and that probably increases a touch if not a whole bunch.
16 ounces = 1 pound of meat.
Think going out and ordering a 16 ounce steak. Family of 4 at home and you're probably still talking some serious leftovers.

I'll probably be good for two again but I need a couple of days to check my finances. I'm getting a new roof and the deductible for the insurance will put a huge cramp in my spending money this month.
Where did you buy the butts BTW?

sounds good!
We got the butts at Piggly Wiggly last time for a pretty good discount because we bought so many.
PM me and I will tell you what we paid.
But, we would be interested in somewhere else if we get a better deal! Since this is for charity, anything we save is just more money for the cause!
