all US birth rate statistics that I've seen that break it down by race actually show the rate of births in the black race to be a small percentage higher than all other races identified. the billboard is a lie.....

The billboard is referring to Georgia statistics, not US.

Radius- I don't see a problem with the thread. Spice summed it up quite well.
No one is personally attacking anyone, baiting, name calling nor has it offended anyone as far as I know.. I have recieved any complaints. The thread should remain as it stands. Even if it is a touchy subject we can discuss and get our opinions across without termoil.
At first when I seen the heading of the thread without reading what you posted I liked to had a heartattack! LOL Once I read your entire post, I understood the title.

If the billboard is based on false data then rest assured someone will come forward and bust them wide open with the facts. If not, all we'll hear instead is a lot of teeth gnashing about how 'wrong' it is.
